The school is a secondary school were students learn from the age of 7 up to the age of 18. There are 667 students and 66 staff. It is located almost in the outskirts of Kaunas, that is why we have a lot of students from suburbs. These children have difficulties in making friends, communicating with children from the town as there are differences in their attitude towards many social issues. Furthermore, there is quite high rate of unemployment, so many parents’ of our students are made to work in other countries, such as the GB, Ireland, Spain, Norway, etc.. Due to the fact, many children are left under care of their grandparents. Those students feel the lack of social communication, care and love. In addition there are some pupils with special needs. We have also children from different ethnic groups: Gipsy, Russian, Armenian, Ukraine.
